Set Cloudbase-Init to read VMware GuestInfo, then map the requested host name, static IP, gateway and DNS to the values Windows applies at deployment.

I copied the network defaults, workgroup and time zone from a vCenter spec. The catalog request supplies the name, address, MAC and password for each Windows VM.
